In order to succeed at anything you have to take the first steps. The question is how do you know what the right first step is? If you can establish your main objective, then you can begin to break it apart and determine what it will take to achieve it. That’s the basic premise behind Crossfit as a training methodology. Each day there is a common work out and every athlete has to determine how that can scale the workout to get the most out of it to achieve their fitness objectives. My guest today is better then most when it comes to programming workouts for his gym to help each person there grow and end the day better then they started it.
